Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
We do not accept returns for: change of mind, incorrect size or color chosen by the customer, or delayed shipping due to customs or carrier delays.
